If you are tired of seeing all the media coverage of the peace protesters, then turn your TV off. I don't believe that the majority of them are walking in circles because of  "compassion and support for saddam", but rather compassion and support for the innocent lives that will be lost.

Have I ever suggested that I object in any way to people enjoying the liberties that their government grants them? In fact, doesn't your objection to the US peace protesters run exactly contradictory to this?

I call those basic human rights what do you call them?  I've read reports that some of the civilians coming out to the troops are saying "Are you liberating us and staying around this time?" Where DB says he is ashamed to be an American with the war going on I say I'm ashamed of the rest of the World for turning a blind eye to the oppression of these Iraq people by a tyrant. Shame on you world(Germany, France). I'm damn proud of my president for standing up to it under heavy scrutiny and following through with what he beleives is right. Bill Clinton would have pulled out after any poll had indicated his numbers were down a few points. It shows signs of character and integrity on the part of GWB.
