Ironically enough, I saw it on DVD a few days ago and was toying with the idea about posting the very same question. As a white, thirty-something South African, I found it incredibly interesting. I thought it was a really good movie, sure, but the content intrigued me. It somehow was a relief to know that the problems we have here are not exclusive to our society. People hide things and pretend they don't exist, in the name of Political Corectness, but they do. Right or wrong, they do.
