I said that The Housmartians owed some sucess to The Smiths, not The Beautiful South. They realy are different bands, same lead singer(s), but quite different
Yes, I do own a couple of solo CD's by the former Teardrop Explodes front man. Julian's off his fecking rocker! But I'd rather have him as a front man than say Bono or Ian fecking ego maniac from Echo and the Bunnymen! I hear he's back touring again.
