I promise to take them to a neighboring state and blow them off.  All those exploding sounds you’ll hear in the community, they won’t really be happening.  Now here’s my contribution to the huge revenue stream these illegal fireworks represent...& I promise to fire them off, in a peaceful gathering, while not pizzing-off the local police in any way (thereby giving them license to take me in for illegal fireworks use.)  Oh, and thanks for providing me with another gray area from which to reside within the tangled web of logic legislation.
