Not in energy, but one notion results in the other...unless there’s a mighty charismatic change in public outrage and action.  & that seems to be the rub.  The people’s recourse seems to be falling more and more through the cracks.  & the condition of red-team/blue-team point/counter-point design in media and the day-to-day human grind seems to cancel-out any notion of HEY, LOOK...THIS IZ OUTRAGEOUS!

So what the heck?!  Anything I’ve just suggested here...is easily countered by counter-point design...and effectively canceled-out.  So it’s all just a rant...and the money turns the screws.
