The plan for me was to quit smoking as soon as my first son arrived (named after you by the way). I haven't smoked a cigarette since 30 July and I gotta admit that I don't think about it that much and I really don't have the time either! Anyway, the crawings sure come in after dinner when the glasses of red wine keep pouring in... ;-)
Nevertheless, I am ALWAYS really happy and proud of myself the next day for not having given into the crawing, and I do feel so much better and you can smell and taste much better and all that jazz.
Good luck, David. If you stick with it, you'd be happier down the line...
