I think that everyone has posted a lot of excellent ways on how to quit. But, you have to really want to quit to follow through. I like the picture of your son idea particularly. You could set up an account for your son with the money that you would otherwise spend on smokes. You might be surprised at how rapidly it would grow. Good luck!
