I'm with Eugene on this one. You have to make a clear, determined decision to stop - lacking that you are setting yourself up to fail. The first two weeks are the hardest - you will get 5 minutes of craving every half hour which diminish over the two week period. The trick is to resist the craving for those 5 min to get to your 25 minute breather. If the news about Warren motivates you, so much the better - I quit twice before my mom was diagnosed with throat cancer. You have a rough road ahead of you, but you can do this - many people have.
