What is the high road in this debate? According to Marc it is allowing forced taxation by the federal government for not doing something, so as not to "Politicize" it. I concede, this is game over. If the Tea Party thinks this is going to be reversed.....I could spend 3 paragraphs on how that is not going to happen. And that little political jab Roberts thew in about the wisdom of the law, yeah buddy right...
