Dems won a battle today for Obamacare (the democratic wet dream) but they probably didn't count on what CJ Roberts did in reality. What he did was to say that Obama just passed the largest middle class tax hike in history and that it was up to him (not the courts) on how it proceeds from here.

Basically he turned on us Marc. Plain and simple. You think if we take the high road Marc, the Democrats will ever follow? Never, not ever, not in your wildest dreams. Obama has been selling this as not a tax since its inception. What did they approve it on? They approved the Mandate as a tax. Is that poetic or what?

Not only that but there are so many pissed off GOPs right now that their base will most certainly be on fire come November.

We will win the election. I have no doubt about that.

Oh, and Holder is held in criminal contempt of Congress, Obama looks like a fool for his executive priveledge order on that (who's the liar now?) and 21 dems voted for that. Next up? Civil contempt.

I hate to break it to you Marc, I feel for the parents of the border patrol agent, I really do but at the end of the day this is not going to amount to a hill of beans. Nothing will ever come of this, mark my words

Strange day, but it is a political playground where these shenanigans play out and Roberts astutely kept the Judicial branch out of it. And rightly so if you ask me.

Think again Marc, I don't think Roberts is astute at all. Think about the precedent he set for future cases
