Just a couple of points:

Last year the admitted number was 12 million, while this year 20 million is regularly heard. The number is probably higher.

It would not take an Iraq war effort to rid this country of illegals. Besides, there are no outrageous profits for the multinationals in prosecuting employers: jail time and freezing of assets will turn the employers heads, and the illegals will have all the incentive they'll need to move themselves elsewhere. In south Texas and other border areas, you'd probably have more open conflict than there already is but at least our Warriors would be fighting a valid enemy.

You can thank Ted Kennedy and I forget which Congress for the Anchor Baby citizenship problem, which should be repealed, retroactively.

2 & 3 of course will not occur. 2b, the unreported invasion will continue unabated.

probably not so peaceably as the balance continues to change.

Oh well, it was a good experiment while it lasted.
