: Not particularly. I probably feel the same as yourself when I bandy round all-purpose blanket statements that I think I can justify, but once those statements are examined they're either empty or half the truth.

Aah! Now we're getting somewhere.  A fellow gets angry, a fellow says (and thinks) some nasty things.  I disagree with virtually every thought that you've ever expressed on this page, but still.  You have the right to say it.  And I'm interested I guess, in your logic, much the way I'm drawn to fires, or car accidents and the like.  I know that you represent a large number of people who think like you.  I've listened to AM talk radio, too, just to different effect.

: For me it's no more worrying than the way Clinton and Gore seemed to like to use the Lenninistic philosophy of 'Vanguardism' which belives that the workers (or the masses) aren't able to act in their own interests and need an elite to lead them in revolution. (The race and class warfare of the election is a good example of that...also the WW2-sized taxes pretty much underline the point) It's safe to say that the picture is pretty much the same as it was during Clinton's heyday, except the band is different.

Clinton, Shminton.  Demmicans and Republocrats.  I personally faintly favor the Dems, as I prefer a gentle handjob con over a straight smash and grab, but that's just me. Aint no real biggie. Though I saw a funny headline

: I suppose that makes two of us... I'm deeply, deeply sorry that I dare to try and give as good as I get. There was me thinking that only good, patriotic Republicans are allowed to rush to judgement on people.

Touche.
