Take heart - these are proposals - he's not in power - yet. I'm hoping he will have a tough time getting this through the many layers of government processes and resistance the constitution offers. Meanwhile, there are reports of infighting and power struggles coming out of Mar-a-lago. His announced cabinet selections have varied from evil to incompetent. It seems that they're down there snorting bath salts during the process. We might not have to hope for leopards - they'll eat each other's faces.
