Look, you guys are, in reality not far apart on things but obviously, there have been some misunderstandings here. Honestly, we have some Nazi style problems here in the United States, that's not some thing that David imagined. I would say he is alarmed by that, as am I, and rightfully so.
I don't think it is extreme to bring this up here because it is a real thing thanks to our boy Donny and his MAGA minions. I mean he posted something about creating a "unified Reich" basically attaching that MAGA would be this new Reich. That's extreme. It's way out over the line. There is no same side to that on the left or in anything David has said. I don't think it is extreme to call that out or to have an issue with someone that supports it.
I mean, give us a slight break here, if we are to get hysterical about anything, isn't a presidential candidate quoting Hitler and talking about a new Reich something we can get a little crazy about.
I trust the two of you can have it out in whatever way you choose, but what result are you looking for?
We actually don't have Nazis everywhere in the US but we do have them in certain places and they are boldly making themselves known and our guy Don is encouraging it. Those are his people after all, his voters and supporters. They are, I think, a small group but they are loud and energized now and working for the Donald.
So, no, we don't have to do Nazi checks when we get on the bus or go to the bar or out to dinner.
Isn't it bad karma in the Shire to antagonize? Aren't you creating some bad ripples in our interconnectedness doing that?
