Thanks for that Peter. Your paragraph of advice is pitch perfect. I will come back to that post often. I've hesitated to pick up that book you mentioned. I find the 'in my day we drank from the hose' arguments of then and now to be easy to understand and get behind but utterly useless. We're here now. The cat is continually being let out of the bag. We can't go back. But on your recommendation as an educator I will take another look at it.
