So, after getting over being really annoyed that I actually have Covid because I thought I may be immune, I was ready to have the battle with the virus. I intended to kick it's tiny ass. Well, turns out it has a nasty left hook, not enough to drop me, but enough to let me know I had really been it.

4 days in to my war on Covid, the little bastard just removes completely my sense of smell. Now, my ability to taste is rapidly ebbing away. I am ready to turn to some alcohol to see what impact it has. I figure I want to see what happens when I do a shot of whiskey. Will there be any sensation at all? I honestly have no idea.

I'm kind of just a bit lost at the moment. I'm in a fog as my brain seems aware that all the usual information is not coming in. That certain aspects of reality and the world around us are not being interpreted and sent to the main computer. I have these images in my head of my immune system and blood cells just beating the living hell out of a little viral bastard in a Covid 19 t-shirt.

Then I fall asleep.
