I don't really know what Republican or MAGA voters are thinking. If you are still onboard with Trump and the MAGA stuff, well, you either have had no contact with any kind of facts, truth, and reality, or you have a rather twisted agenda for this country.

What I take heart in here is, it looks like the Republican party, and their media support system, is being destroyed from within. The party has split into different warring factions that are ripping it to shreds. What we are seeing is that the MAGA side is a total wrecking ball. They are driving the party toward the cliff where the choice is going to be, go over the cliff with MAGA or split the party. Right now, it looks like they will go over the cliff in 2024. None of the Republicans want to stand up to the MAGA goons.

DeSantis is supposed to be the alternative to Trump but his approach to being that seems to be to try to be even more MAGA than Trump is. On top of which, he's a horrible guy that hates people and treats them like garbage...meaning, he is treating other Republicans like garbage. At one point I thought it was inevitable DeSantis would end up as our next president, now I am more inclined to believe Ron is never going to be president. His popularity within Republican circles is based upon two things, first the sheer panic of more sane Republicans that needed someone to take out Trump to save the party, and two, Ron's attempts to appear even further right and insane than Donald.

Trump does sometimes get some stuff right and he has things right when it comes to Ron. He's a joke of a candidate that needed Donald to get him elected in Florida. He rose in popularity with the more insane voters by intentionally trying to bungle the Covid response in Florida and now that that has ended, he's just selling himself as the "Woke Warrior" by making all sorts of insane claims, banning books, attacking teachers, and getting into a battle with Disney that is now costing Florida over a billion dollars and thousands of jobs. All self-inflicted wounds. He's on the wrong side of the abortion issue and is killing himself with that, he's quietly rewriting the laws in Florida to help his campaign and hide what he is doing, and he is utterly lost as a campaigner. People, including me, were fooled into thinking he would be the guy to take on Trump. He is most certainly not.

There is so much infighting in the Republican party now that each day they make yet another giant mistake. The wackos in the party are more obsessed with Hunter Biden's penis and laptop, trying to destroy the FBI and Justice system, and calling everything they think will anger people "woke" while various people in their party are dragged into court and are exposed as liars. It's so out of control. They are screaming that they want to take away women's rights, ban books, and drag queens.

They have total morons running congressional committees, Tommy Tuberville saying that they are White Nationalists and that makes them good Americans, Donald Trump and his family promoting insanely stupid videos of Ron DeSantis, FOX News crumbling into a stunning series of lawsuits, while the MAGA voters threaten them all if they say a single bad thing about the Donald. Not to mention, now on a daily basis one of these elected Republican nutjobs along with Trump says they want to remove another section of the Constitution. If it was up to the Republicans the Constitution would only consist of the 2nd Amendment, they want to set fire the rest of it. Never in my life have I seen such a car wreck.

Democrats don't really have to do anything. Just let the Republicans go at each other and keep saying outrageously idiotic things to their please the MAGA clowns.

Polling shows that about 70% of all voters...all of them...Republican, Democrat, and Independent, do not like the crap the Republican party is doing. But, yes, as if they have not seen that, as if all they can hear are the screams of MAGA nuts...the party keeps marching closer and closer to that cliff. Really, all we have to do, as David said, is hand them a nice bag of cement before they go over it.

Just check out this video of the Republicans yesterday in Congress:
