that the US Constitution is a "breathing" thing and to me, this means that over time as human history changes, so too can the US Constitution and how it is interpreted.
I bring this up because I just do not understand how the rights of a grade school child to live are less than that of an American's right to bear an arm. I would think that those that do love the US Constitution would certainly see this exactly the opposite but do not.
I do not understand what Americans, especially white Americans, are so irrationally afraid of, but they are and for no good reason to be.
