This video is a year old and I just saw it for the first time.  It utterly disgusted me and had me cursing out loud.  It is a video of a 73 yr old woman that apparently shoplifted from a Walmart, got caught, and then walked away.  It is from Loveland, Co. 

What pisses me off is that it is clear from the first few seconds of dealing with this woman that she has some sort of mental health/acuity issue and how she was not treated as such.  On top of this, TWO cops, one of them a woman, dealt with this woman.  It disgusted me so much, I was not able to even finish it.
