Sheryl did an interview - I just listened to it for the first time recently - right around the time TNMC was being re-released as a deluxe edition. She threw some shade DB's way in regards to his contributions - or more to the point his declarations of contributions. But I agree wholeheartedly - you can't listen to that album without hearing David's voice throughout. Case in point - my brother (who as legend goes - turned my adolescent ears onto D+D in the 80s) listened to TNMC with me without knowing DB's connection. After listening - he said "this sounds like Boomtown". Sheryl was lucky to have met those guys for sure.
