Well, most of the media don't want to get anywhere near this. So, I'm
reduced to posting videos from places like The Young Turks...some sort of
youtube news team. MSNBC hits on it from time to time and here is a very
nice discussion from CSPAN:
Like the man says in the first video I posted in this thread, if
Bernie
Sanders or Donald Trump were being investigated by the FBI the media
would be
bashing us over the heads with that until they ran them out of the race.
For Hillary though, well, no big deal to be under investigation by
the
FBI while running for president.
No big deal that they have granted a guy immunity in this
investigation...something they would not do unless they felt criminal
charges were fairly inevitable.
No big deal that the crime Hillary committed was not some minor
mistake
but constituted a major dereliction of her duties the entire time she
served as Secretary of State.
No big deal that as one of the few people in government that had the
highest of security clearances that she, of all people, would have known
better than to do this...did it anyway...FOR THE ENTIRE TIME SHE SERVED
IN THE POSITION.
No big deal that she was one of the people in our government while
serving as Secretary of State that was responsible for making sure
something like this did not happen...and instead she made it happen.
No big deal that a key component of doing this was it made her
activities
and correspondence unavailable to FOIA requests...so much for
transparency in government.
No big deal that her "excuses" for doing this are "Well, a couple of
other people sent some emails using their personal email a few times."
and "Nobody told me I couldn't do it." and "I wanted to use my
blackberry."
No big deal that she deleted 30,000 of her emails that SHE deemed
"unimportant" to this investigation...which also constitutes a crime.
No big deal that the reason ALL of her emails were supposed to be
archived was to make sure she did not use her position to benefit her
family, friends, associates, donors, or herself. Or to arrange for
channeling cash to her foundations.
No big deal that this is exactly the kind of thing we should be
looking
to avoid and prevent in Washington DC but instead this person is most
likely the next president of the United States.
Nah, it's Hillary Clinton so, we should just ignore this.
If this were Bush, Cheney, Sanders, Trump...hell, anybody else...the
media would be merciless with this story and rightly so.
