Kevin, your transformation and the change of perspective you've manifested is amazing to me. Especially in this age of rhetorical attacks and posturing, when it's so easy to become more entrenched in one's own views.

But it seems like your changes are far more substantial than just exchanging one political point of view for another. I know you are (or were) a committed Christian and I wonder if your change of heart had anything to do with your spiritual perspective?

You do not, of course, have to respond to that. But your consistency in recent years speaks of a more fundamental change that just switching arguments.
