Thank you for asking about the W199-eye document, which has appeared on the BBC in a report by GREG PALAST. This information also appears in two books, which I have sitting on the desk right in front of me as I am typing this reply.
The BBC quickly pulled this news item, and it does not appear on their website archive. This is the power of the Illuminati in the censoring of the "news," or at least, what passes for the news at this point.
However, that hasn't stopped those of us who are constantly on the lookout for information such as this. Myself, I use a web spider program to download and backup web news reports before they disappear. This program is wonderful, and it is called TELEPORT PRO. I have used it to back up approximately 40 Gigabytes of research data from all sorts of websites.

W.F. indicates Washington field office special agents were investigating ABC because of its' association with the World Assembly of Muslim Youth, AMY, a suspected terrorist organization. This secret, leaked document has been in many publications, including BBC NEWS ONLINE, AGENCE FRANCE-PRESS, and the LONDON GUARDIAN.
