I've never been to a play, but would love to go to one. One thing I've noticed over the years when it comes to films is that in America, American films seem to focus on faces, while other country film making utilizes the entire body. I remember years ago in a movie with Dennis Quaid called Flesh and Bone he made his body wilt and watching it made you feel beat down. I wonder if that is the main attraction of plays - that you get to see the total package.
