I posted the 'Nothing to Lose' as a meta communication...as one of offering solidarity wherein the universality of suffering and it apparent randomness wouldn't allow or compel you to abandon higher aspirations and hopes, because then it would all be senseless. Fairy boots indeed...a friend of mine told me he knew someone who was forced to play in goal in a game of hurling between two groups of Irish fairies when he was coming home late one night...along a country road...they were really pissed of with him when he initially declined...they threatened him with one fuck of a 'piseog'...wherein he relented...he is adamant to this day that his best position was not in goal...he thinks he is a better (left) half back...they didn't understand...does any of us...?
