I read somewhere that the human ear cannot any increased clarity at 192K. Probably less than that, and if you're just listening on a car stereo or not the world's best speakers in a quiet room, the point is probably moot. 48 kHz otta do for most musics. Now, for Gyorgy Ligeti....at least 96 kHz. Just my opinion.
