well...made it up to Third Lake under Temple Crag, and it looked like this: http://www.durt.org/photo/palisade/third_lake.jpgincredible place. but it ended up 10 degrees, windy, and snowing...eh, maybe next year. although one
highlight of the trip was not seeing a single hobbit. that was nice.
