I'd like to know what you thought Mess. We went to see it last night, followed by an absolutely exceptional filet at an Italian restaurant that is fast on its way to being my fave.

I love the Coens, and BAR is far from a bad film, but in my estimation of the Coen canon, it's near the bottom. But--I thought that about "The Ladykillers" and its standing has risen in my memory.

OTOH, I talked to a friend who saw the new DeNiro/Pacino movie and all he could say was "2 hours I'll never get back". What a shame.
