How or why the fuck would you want to make blue corn tortillas? You live in Maryland, right? You can't get real or fresh blue corn there. Has to be grown in Northern New Mexico, preferably freshly ground blue corn. Do not buy pre-ground blue corn meal.Go online and buy dried blue corn from proper source. Another hint: Use animal lard (buy at local Mexican market), not vegetable shortening in recipe. If you're a veggie, you're fucked!
