I'm about to embarq on a 20 mile bicycle journey through mountainous terrain. It's a rather short jaunt but, my friend that's heading up this ride, had a heart attack about 8 weeks ago so, we gotta take it easy. :-)
His wife is a nurse and she is along for the ride as well.I have new tubes, my timing belt checked and the oil changed on my trusty but "old School" Diamondback. I say "old school" because it pre-suspension technology, in other words, hard on my older and brittle butt bone.See ya on the trail...http://www.vacreepertrail.com/
