After 24 hours on the program, the burning itch has mellowed but it still feels like some loony toon has a bicycle airpump pushed into my neck and is pumpin away!!

You need to go back and demand the "BIG SHOT", first and last time ( so far ) that I had an experience not half as bad as yours, the doc started me on the pills and I called back and told it wasn't doin' it for me. The "BIG SHOT" did though, in short order.  I didn't grow boobs or anything !
