What in Hell is going on in your world Reg. You've become so angry and mean spirited of late.
You've got me concerned for you sir.
Just for the record, somebody should go to jail, you or I would not receive a commutation. Further, someone had intent to screw with the Wilson family, IT TRANSPIRED. And they certainly
thought they were threatened. Although there are unforeseen consequences, there are no accidents in politics, everything is
planned, FDR said so(hey he had to be right about something).I don't know if Ms Plame was covert or not, but that is no longer a question. And frankly, if she
was, it won't go unpunished, intelligence agencies have long memories. Especially if some of their
own died as a result(tch tch tch).At moments like this, I'm always drawn back to David's Triage dedication. The only difference is, I
am absolutely certain God settles-up with men, and his final determinations will seem, and be,
"vengeful beyond all comprehension", to the recipient. I take comfort in that, especially concerning
America's evil leadership(on both sides of the aisle)! (I still have doubts about Dante's layered
conception as it keeps coming to mind that, "It's all bad!!!", y'know?)
Pleased to hear you're mellowing Pat. I must say, it seems as if your eyes have opened to the
deceptions of the neo-cons(as contrasted from classical conservatism I keep hoping is your true
self). [Sue me, I'm an equal opportunity offender(even when I'm it's not my intention).]
By the way, I had a most fascinating and rather rare experience this morning. Absolutely my first
such experience. I was blessed this morning seeing one of my Kiwi's giving birth. Pushing them
out, licking off the membrane and eating all that STUFF. Gross and yet inspiring and another good
bit of education. Human girls got it easy (no honey, I gotta eat it all, I can't explain, just turn away
Honey, it's an internal compulsion thing and it's healthy).I couldn't get a firm count but there's at least 4b and 2w. Got a 2nd clutch of ducks coming too,
our 2nd this summer(same hen). The first are about 6 weeks. I sat watching the 13 of them
yesterday, eating and bathing and then shaking themselves followed by their stretching toward the
treetops and flapping their yet insignificant featherless wings. That procession too can lift ones
spirits rather nicely. Imagine too, a herd of 13 drifting into view, with little pecking order dogfights
and dashing for the same insect and the resulting collisions, stumbles and face plants(no harm
they're low to the ground:). It's not as good as the Toddler, but all these discoveries certainly have
their merits. I'm told goats will be tantalizing too, can't wait.Life is for living folks! Pat is right, there's no sense us fighting over this crap in DC. Is it really
anything more than theater? In your world? I know I know, it eventually effects our separate realms
but is it really worth fighting amongst ourselves over. Who does that serve. Most of it is just going
to be imposed upon us anyhow. And is it really any more relevant being a Yankee rather than a Red
Sox fan. The vast majority of the time? And I'm not saying to not scrap with your congress people. Give them Hell, they're in a position to
do something, spend emotional capital on them. I'm just saying, can't we talk about these distant
issues without it devolving in to some sort of individual emotional validation(Pat nor Reg nor I
decide too much beyond the reach of our own fingertips. We each have a better opportunity to
change another's mind if we begin with the notion of, Come, let us reason together.Don't mind me, I'm just feeling sentimental, hoping for more humanity amidst the humans(silly me,
lol;).peaceably
