Most likely for all the wrong reasons;

they just have a groovy aura around ‘em {yeah, I know I know…gobbledygook :o).

OoOooohh…there’s Blossom!  What a cutie.  She’s a huggable one idn’t she? 

I somehow missed looking at the calves page last time.

For two years my sons & I took part in the vegetable garden program @ a local Experimental Farm/School.  After classes and gardening in the morning, we went into the fowl barn to watch eggs hatch, etc. & then, our personal favorite, the new livestock barn…where there was a lone bull calf among several pigs, goats & foals, etc.  I’ve never met a four legged beast, outside of dog pups, more genuinely loveable than this l’il dude was.  & it was tough hanging out with ‘im knowing he was veal in waiting.  Then one week he just wasn’t there anymore……..so we went and had [fresh cut] veal parmesan & red wine…and drank a heartfelt toast to him.  Of course my sons didn't have red wine & their lovely mom doesn't eat meat so she most likely had eggplant parmesan.

The cows don't seem to mind the AI, but I always think it takes a bit of the fun out of it!       I can dig that.
