Dale:In the first place Mehlman has already been outed. As Maher
pointed out, he wasn't the first. I placed a link this past week that
mentioned this.It seems there is a war of sorts going on. There is the notion that
gays are infiltrating the GOP, while on the left there is a guy too
who is trying to out gay GOPers, apparently to illustrate the
hypocrisy of family values, not the gay lifestyle.A little help please, the fella that was just appointed to the top
AIDs position, what's his name. Condi did the ceremony, Mrs Bush
was there and Condi noted his homosexual partner being present. And what of ol Guckert or Gannon or whoever he is and his secret
service clearance and what, 190 some late night visits to the White
House(to who is what this inquiring mind would like to know)
before he and the story just disappeared from the scene. The GOP, despite its anti positions, including Hastert, is
exceedingly homo friendly. I mean, do you really believe Foley's
proclivities were a secret on the Hill? Get real. Fortunately for the GOP, the media doesn't tell, because Christians
-oh maybe not their so-called leadership(not unlike the Jackson's
and Sharptons)- but rank and file believers would abandon the
party post haste. But yes, the left would excuse away any behavior as evidenced by
the Bill Clintion perjury conviction being twisted into questionable
but consentual sex.respectsNTL, it's good to see you kicking about.
