Yes, Rush once again shows what a putz he truly is (pronounce that word "pootz" and say it with a snear; I could include a sound byte here, if I knew how).

Michael's symptoms, which can be seen just about each time he is in front of a camera, are dyskinesias.  They are a form of abnormal excessive motor movement caused by the medication he is taking for PD (usually dopamine or dopaminergic agonists).  Although they are cosmetically undesirable, interestingly, most patients who have these movements are unaware of the movement and really not bothered by it much.  They prefer the excessive movement to the much more serious symptoms of PD which include stiffness and immobility. If it's a choice between freezing and moving too much, for most patients it's a "no brainer "(oooh shit, bad choice of wording).   

If Mr.Limbaugh had even bothered to spend 5 minutes reading a lay site on PD, before opening his very big mouth, he wouldn't have stuck his big,smelly foot in it.
