That's the current thinking, as suggested by Dick Morris anyway... It's as if to say that the opponents don't matter but rather which camp do you want, the Bush team to remain in place or to bring back the Clinton camp?  If Bush's numbers continue to slide, Clinton might win, but there's a lot of time left and anything can happen.
