And it seems that diesel run vehicles can be fairly easily changed over to bio-diesel. But us gas guzzler car drivers, no luck, at least not yet. I agree as to why this hasn't been pursued further here - no monopoly availability. I seem to remember hearing that biodiesel has been used in other countries for decades.
