Sounds like somebody needs to smoke a big fattie! Any one of those people is worth a hundred times what his little shit-eating mutt is. And nice work keeping track of valuable assets. Good thing that was only a camera that got stolen and not a fricking gun.
But I must say, I am relieved to see that first responder training dollars aren't being wasted on english lessons.
