I really don't know much about Bush's faith.  I know he's a Christian but that can actually mean very little.  We're all just so many oil junkees in this country, Peter.  We've got our suppliers and we have to make sure they keep coming through for us because none of us can begin to imagine the price of withdrawl from our habbit. 

we were in a position to affect some change for the better in Iraq and contrary to what we're given in the press I think we're doing that.  I'm not sure anyone could have come up with an air tight exit strategy going in there even knowing what we know today but I still think we're doing the right thing. 

Let's imagine a week where we're exposed to nothing but the positive things happening in Iraq.  In the same way that we're fed this continual diet of nothing but negative news, what do you suppose would happen to public opinion if we reversed the message?  I'd love to find out and no, I'm not living in a fantasy world...but, I do have to run...I've got a daughter who really wants a bit of my time before going to bed and a game of ping pong awaits me...first person to 51 wins and all points count.  She's a pretty bright kid but she still hasn't figured out that I play her left handed to make it fair.
