For the largest part his spoken rationale for war with Iraq is guess what?!?!  Is it WMD's?  Nuclear capabilities?  Mobile death labs?  Link to al Queda?  Behind 9/11?  Hell, no.  It has now fallen back to human rights issues!!  Oh, wow.....NOW he tells us that the Bush Admin really does care about human rights.  These people in the White House are the biggest bunch of bait and switchers.
