First off, go girl was referring to the executive at VH1 that is taking the flak for putting the program on the air. Quit being so sensitive!  
That girl is toast. When Oreilly get through with her she will wish she would have never heard of him. If they air the show VH1 will take a major hit. If you dont believe me wait till it airs

In considering the costs of putting someone to death you are ignoring the whole mandated appeals process. What does it cost to have the courts with all their lawyers (often provided by the state due to our fondness for wacking the poor) and judges and bailiffs and clerks? That's what I'm talking about - those costs are often between a quarter and half million dollars for every convict that is murdered. And what about the immeasurable costs of having our courts systems tied up with such procedures instead of more effectively and timely dealing with all the other breaches of law? And please don't be ignorant enough to suggest we limit the appeals process - we already kill the wrong person often enough.

The misses are very infrequent and of course the bleeding heart liberals and bleeding heart media have a field day with it. We have a justice system that is on the side of the criminal. They could care less about the victim or the victims family who suffer a lifetime. What are they concerned about? State of mind and if the person and whether the person is sorry for the act. Take Carla Fay Tucker. Had she totally changed before the execution. Yes absolutely. But  had she done the crime? Yes. Well its pretty simple unless you complicate it. She took a life she owes a life. End of story it is that simple. What about the rights of the person she killed? And the familiy she killed by committing the act. Gee I'm sorry...I promise I wont do it again.
That just dont cut it. I definitely believe in capital punishment and fully believe that it is a deterrant against crime. Dont bother throwing any polls or studies on it. Wont change my opinion EVER!

If someone killed my daughter I'd take them out myself, not rely on some poor union employee to do it.

And I don't care what the parents of these kids might think about the show - they don't have special rights to approve or disapprove of what goes on the television. I am sorry for their loss, just like I am sorry for every parent and child affected by pedophile priests and the church hierarchy that covers for them.
