Which I find interesting because Clark is the guy that leaked this story to the media...they say he told the dozen reporters he told it was "off the record"...

I had heard that there had been some wheeling and dealing with Gephardt and Clark working to grab the VP spot on a Kerry ticket.

I just don't like all this manipulation with the Clintons. I would like the Bush family and the Clinton family to GO AWAY! We've had 20 years of their crap and it's time for a change...but they won't let go without a major fight. I mean I knew Kerry was going to have to weather a storm to get to the White House...from Rove that's expected...but the backstabbing Clinton's need to take a hike. 

I could care less if Kerry got a piece on the side...if that's his thing fine...but he's in politics and you gotta know "BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING" so there will be a price to pay later...in particular if you want to run for president. So if he's got something on the side he may as well come out and say "It's true. It's a family issue and as a family we're dealing with it."

If you play the Bush and Clinton game of dodge, hide, evade, lie, point fingers, claim partisan politics...well then as we're seeing with the Bush National Guard story it grows and they hunt you down like a dog. Bush should just have come right out and told the truth and said..."Yes, I went into the National Guard to avoid Vietnam. Like many others I didn't believe in that war."

Instead they've danced around and lied and it's obvious they are trying to avoid the situation and hide something. That's bad news when you do that.

I love Canada though...my mother's side of the family is all from Nova Scotia. Ever think of going moving back Gene?
