I don’t see why you’re getting so worked up about a guy who has the gift of double speak.  This has nothing to do with whether or not he can speak these words and Bush can’t.  It has to do with the idea that he made this impassioned speech on the Senate floor in a call for unity as he attempted to defend Clinton’s lack of service to his country.  If he could utter those words about Clinton, then those of us on the right wonder how it is that those words don’t hold true for Bush who actually served his country.  It’s really as simple as that and it’s not a dumb political game.
