I think George has the right idea. I don't think all "users" should be painted with such a broad brush. Weed? Who cares. It's relatively harmless. I smoked in college and I turned out awlrite. It's the sellers who should be excluded. Besides, how many college students are using anything harder than smoke? Probably very very few.
