Well, I'll say one thing, he's bigger and heavier than I am, so maybe to some people, he's big and fat.
Perhaps it's the ambiguities of the English Language but I too am not seeing the lies or the hypocracy in THIS article. I think you'd have better luck with an article about how he supported the war in Iraq and is now saying Bush is doing a bad job. I think that's a bit closer to the mark.
Keep in mind, Bush misrepresented himself and the info supporting the war in Iraq and with that misinformation, so therefore, many folks that supported the military action now feel betrayed, but that's another story.
Keep in mind, there's a vast majority of us on this board who have a higher than 4th grade reading level, follow current events fairly closely and we're pretty familiar with the situation. Dropping a news article and leading off with an inflamatory remark that is not supported by the news article will just get you directed to the Toby Keith website.
One final note. I don't DOUBT for a second that he or any other current candidate would lie, cheat, steal or otherwise to get votes. We're on the same page there. But we'd all like to avoid any more misinformation.
