I've  watched him work for almost half a year now (I work at a recording studio he works at) and I've never had a more sincere and gentlemanly boss ever.  I've goten to know him and gotten interested in his situation and have heard him talk about why he does what he does.  I know for a fact how much easier it would be to just make a pile of money doing TV or movies or whatever. He's willing to give up so much money  just cause he thinks he should try to communicate on a straight level with people.  
Its weird to me that a guy like this Richard would want to bother a guy like him who just seems to want to make something beautiful and comunicate with people eeven if the world is fucked up and it costs him money.  The guy is a good guy, and what is your problem?
