"Perhaps we give volunteers who agree to biracial marriage a monthly stipend, no worse than arranged marriages, in many of which was found true love."

I had a biracial marriage. Accent on "had." Not a panacea. But we have lovely medium-colored children who I think are become a real credit to society. It's taken a lot of hard work (especially given how closeted racist she could be toward Black people). Don't ever let Venezuelans tell you they are a non-racist society. Their treatment of natives is even worse than here. Much worse in some cases.
