Trump's history of not wanting to rent his apartments to blacks, the Central Park 5, when he wanted them executed, keeps him from acknowledging they have legitimate complaints, and certainly from any empathy.

The two examples of non police participation in the deaths of Trayvon Martin and Ahmaud Arbery need to be added to the list, representing that it isn't just the police who are killing young blacks, it is systemic.
