I noted, EEE, that when the leader motioned the first cop, who was obviously concerned, to go on, he talked into his collar phone--if I can call it that--presumably telling following medics a man was down.
If that's what they're trained to do, it kicked in, automatically.
It was probably a case of unseen consequences when it started.
It's the training that was wrong, supporting your disgust, and mine.
