Leeroi:

I am pleased that you found something I posted to be useful. I try to get people to think, with the types of things I post. When I read this piece by Penn, I thought it was fitting of being passed along. If all those endless e-mail joke chain- letters can be passed around ad nauseum, then this could be also.

While I don't agree with everything Sean Penn writes, I respect his right to dissent, if he so chooses. After all, it is his and our first amendment right to do just that.

The two things that I respect is his sincerity and his passion. It's nice to see someone passionate for something more than a football game.

Also, Mr. Penn running full page ads in the Washington Post and the New York Times cost him at least $60,000 per ad, if not more. It was profoundly touching that he felt it appropriate to express his patriotism in some other way, than buying his wife a red, white, and blue diamond necklace.

A few things to think about perhaps?

Peace and Prayers,
